Projects & Achievements (by Year)
- 2024
- It was an honor to serve as the Project Lead for the Supply Chain and Inventory Work Stream during a critical business transition to a more efficient operational model. I played a pivotal role in analyzing raw materials and finished goods requirements, contributing to cost-saving strategies and providing valuable insights that supported key decision-making with a significant impact on the overall business.
- 2021 – 2023
- Privilege to be the Project Lead for the Procurement Track as the business transitioned away from the current AS/400 Operating System to a more robust ERP system using Oracle Fusion SaaS. During this time, additional opportunities were given to Lead over the Supply & Demand Planning Tracks which also included the Production Scheduling Track. Setting the business up for success by working through key configurations, data conversion, and training end users by ensuring their buy in prior to go live. Officially launched in May of 2023 while assisting in Hyper Care activities for the business was essential to the success of the project.
- 2020
- Properly managed inventory quantities during a difficult environment (COVID-19) and in the course of a critical business development to move to a new manufacturing facility by creating a robust business transition plan to ensure supply levels were properly maintained during the planned production downtime to provide little to no customer interruptions which played a major role in the overall business success for the year.
- 2019
- Administrated and negotiated business use contracts which resulted in over $25,000 in annual savings based on company needs and usage while creating a documented on-boarding/off-boarding prjarridlistocess which assisted in more than $20,000 in savings on IT reusable equipment & software.
- 2017 – 2018
- Implemented NetSuite ERP System (Oracle) across all divisions within the Organization to move away from multiple application/software needs to streamline the overall business process to an all-in-one cloud based solution with real-time reporting and analytics. Essential player in converting data to the New ERP System (Parts, Suppliers, Customers, Sourcing Rules, etc.) while also training both employees and suppliers to use the system efficiently.
- 2016
- Utilized tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Twitonomy, and SEMrush) to identify selling and product trends with suppliers to leverage opportunities which proved successful by implementing on time product and promoting resulting on average a 3 times boost in sales over prior year while negotiating buy back agreements with the suppliers for slow moving items to reduce company risk of overstock.
- 2014 – 2015
- Implemented the Warehouse Management System (Deposco) with full integration into the companies AS/400 Operating System to streamline and automate the Inbound/Outbound materials within the core segment of the Public Safety Supply Resources, LLC portfolio (Chief Supply & Law Enforcement Supply) to get all businesses within the PSSR, LLC portfolio utilizing the same Warehouse Management Systems to allow for employee multi-skilling across different segments within the organization.
- 2014
- Initiated an internal cycle count process leading a 2nd shift crew which assisted in finding over $50,000 worth of “lost” product that was previously written off due to misplacement within the warehouse facility. These findings allowed the business to focus on process gaps within the receiving procedures where employees were not following SOPs and provided guidance to the team to increase inventory accuracies.
- 2013
- Relocated a 15,000+ Square Foot Warehouse from Montgomeryville, PA to Charlotte, NC by negotiating transportation rates, scheduling multiple FTL transfers to/from the facilities and conquering projections of “first shipment out” expectations. This allowed for superior negotiated shipping costs, improved delivery times and allowed for a significantly reduced cost per Square Foot with nearly no B2C disruption.
- 2012
- Implemented a new Warehouse Management System (Deposco) with full integration into the core companies AS/400 Operating System to streamline and automate the Inbound/Outbound materials within the newly acquired segment of the Public Safety Supply Resources, LLC portfolio (Tafford Uniforms).
